In February 2006.

What was the opportunity/challenge that appealed to you most?

The challenge to work in a start-up (we were only 5 people at the time) – trying to do an innovative application in the health sector.

What particular leadership skills do you use every day?

My organizational skills.

What past experience best prepared you for your role at Hello Health?

Being a project manager at CAE – a flight simulator company. I managed huge projects, traveled around the world and learned a lot about different cultures and people – the health care problems seemed to be a common theme everywhere.

Catching up with my employees – they always need to have more time with me.

Hello Health is not in the health care business. We are in the business of improving communications among everyone involved in the health of an individual.
