Is it really possible to get health care on your terms, without it costing an arm and a leg? It is now.
Signing up for Hello Health is free. Once you make your first appointment, we’ll keep it simple and deduct fees straight from your credit card. In some cases it’ll cost you a little more than a traditional office visit co-pay. On the other hand, it’s worth it to have easier, more flexible access to your doctor.
In other cases, you’ll save money. Especially if you already pay a high deductible. Here is how the Hello Health pay structure works:
1. Your Doctors’ Time
Every Hello Health physician sets his or her own rates and payment structure. Some may charge by the hour, others by the type of visit. And some may require a membership fee.
2. Monthly Subscription Fee
Some doctors on Hello Health have a monthly member subscription fee. You can check out those monthly fees in their profiles.
3. Extras
You pay directly for the things your doctor orders for you, like labs, x-rays, vaccines, and medications. If you have insurance that lets you see out-of-network doctors, these will likely be covered. Check with your insurer to make sure.
4. Cancellations
It’s up to each individual physician to determine whether or not he or she will charge a cancellation fee. If there is a fee, the physician also determines the amount and under what timeframe it’s incurred – ie, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment.
