Hello Health Inc. Announces Addition of Revenue Cycle Management Services

Hello Health Medical Billing Services

New Offering to Eliminate Out of Pocket Billing Costs for Practices

NEW YORK (January 14, 2014) – Hello Health® today announced the addition of Hello Health Billing Services, a new division that complements the company’s cloud-based, no-cost electronic health record (EHR) and patient portal with full-service revenue cycle management capabilities. The addition positions Hello Health as the only EHR provider that can offer both technology and medical billing services at no cost.

“When it comes to helping medical practices increase profitability, Hello Health has always been innovative,” said Nathanial Findlay, founder and chief executive officer of Myca® Health, parent company of Hello Health. “Many people know us for our revenue-generating patient subscription business model. Now we’re adding no-cost medical billing services to our product suite, and believe this will significantly change the medical practice management landscape because our clients can get an EHR, billing software and full-service medical billing and not pay a single dime.”

The Hello Health EHR includes a comprehensive patient portal that features state-of-the-art telemedicine functionality, and fosters two-way, secure connectivity between physicians and patients. Patients pay a small monthly subscription for portal access, thus creating a revenue stream for the practice – often up to $20,000 or more per practice. This incremental revenue stream can now be applied against Hello Health’s medical billing services. The net result: a billing fee that can be as low as zero percent.

“It has been an unfortunate reality that physicians have to pay to collect all of the money they earn for the services they provide,” said Hello Health Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Barry Holleman. “We’re pleased that we are going to be able to change that by eliminating the costs for these services. Not only will clients not have to pay for a medical billing service, but they can also receive a check from Hello Health every month if they opt to use our patient subscription model.”

Hello Health Billing Services is a full-service solution that includes denials management, appeals, accounts-receivable management and detailed reporting and financial analysis. The division is led by a U.S.-based team of certified medical billing professionals who each average more than 15 years of experience. In addition to its recovery and collections services, Hello Health also offers a Credit Card on File program that helps clients secure payment at the point-of-service to minimize bad debt write offs and improve cash flow.
