Once you are up and running, Hello Health offers professional support services so you’ll have all the tools you need to revitalize your practice. Customer service is our priority at Hello Health, and we’ve built an approach that is centered around convenient, expedient resolution to any support questions that you have.
Our team is available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, after hours & on weekends for your convenience. Most support cases are responded to within three hours.
Our Support professionals are located in the same building as our Development and Product teams to facilitate collaboration on issue resolution or support requests.
All staff are certified by the International Customer Service Association (ICSA)
