Customer service is our priority at Hello Health, and we’ve built an approach that is centered around convenient, expedient resolution to any support questions that you may have.

Our team is available from 8am to 6pm EST, Monday to Friday, for your convenience.

Our Support professionals are located in the same building as our Development and Product teams to facilitate collaboration on issue resolution or support requests.

All staff are certified by the International Customer Service Association (ICSA) and adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certifications.
